Heavy drinking may lead to high blood levels of glucose and other chemicals in your bloodstream.

These chemicals may make you more susceptible to infections and even cancer.

A lot of us get stressed about our health and not doing enough physical activity, but the simple act of going to the gym is important for your body to function properly.

A good way to get your body moving is to get up in the morning and do a few push-ups or pull-ups to stretch and get your muscles moving.

Try to do these activities while your body isn’t fatigued or under a lot of stress.
